Candy Girls Escort Service was closed for a few months after its previous owner was caught for running an illegal prostitution racket. The Candy Girls Escort Service has now reopened with much fanfare under an entirely new management.
At a seven-day trial held at Liverpool Crown Court, the previous owner of Candy Girls Escort Service was convicted by the prosecutors and police for running an illegal prostitution racket worth well over 1.2 million GBP. The kingpin of the racket, Leon Jackson, 34, hailing from Holly Hey, Whiston, confessed to running an illegal prostitution racket for profit and money laundering mid-way through the trial, which led him to be incarcerated for 32 months.
However, soon after the trial ended, the Candy Girls Escort Service is now advertising with a tagline “You can’t get better than a Candy Girl!” The advertisement also says that the service is under an entirely new management. Moreover, a new website has been launched with the address CandyGirls247.co.uk, which is live and open for booking appointments. The site says that the Candy Girls Escort Service offers the best selection regarding escorts in Liverpool, and assures a safe, relaxed and discreet service for the clients. The site promises clients complete satisfaction and that each and every Candy Girl is specially trained to provide the best time to the discerning customers.
The new website of Candy Girls showcases a huge gallery of erotically dressed escorts, which the site claims offer companion services around the clock. The site goes on to narrate how Candy Girls have screened and tested the personalities of each of the Candy Girls escort before hiring to ensure excellent services to clients at all times. The site states that the Candy Girls escorts have warm, friendly, attentive and sensual qualities that are sure to make any man look forward to spending time with them.
The “services” section of the Candy Girls’ site mentioned that the escort service offers private and discreet service that is completely confidential. Clients hiring escorts from Candy Girls are assured of complete privacy and don’t have to worry about their identity being kept confidential at all times, from both the escorts as well as management’s side.
When one of the news services called the number provided by Candy Girl’s after it was taken over by the new management, the phone operator, however, said that the new management is not available for talks. The phone operator also refused to disclose any information about the nature of the business and how it is different from the earlier agency’s operations.
In the trial that took place last year in August, prosecutors disclosed that Candy Girls Escort Service did the business of minimum 950,000 GBP, out of which 250,000 GBP were used for advertising in the period spanning over six years.
Andrea Stott, 32, wife of Leon Jackson, and the girlfriend of Jackson’s brother Karl Jackson, Lilly Anne Harrison, 38, as well as Martin Whiston, driver, admitted to playing lesser roles in the racket. Karl Jackson said that he had no clue that it was anything more than just a “companion service’, and was cleared of any charges. During the raids that were carried out by the police at Karl’s and Harrison’s house, few documents were recovered that had names of girls and drivers and mentioned certain specific rules the girls need to follow always while working for Candy Girls Escort Service.
The rules included girls having to wear sexy underwear matching with their attire and to carry condoms always when on call. In July 2013, one of the undercover policemen called the Candy Girls Escort Service phone number, and the operator informed the rates as 135 GBP for the first hour and 100 GBP for every hour going forward. The undercover policeman recorded the conversation when he asked the operator about him looking for girls performing specific sexual acts. The operator informed the undercover officer that the sexual acts are generally at the discretion of the girls, but that she’d ask around.
At the time of the trial, Jackson’s wife Andrea Stott, 32, was eight months pregnant and was given temporary relief from a jail term of 15 months for the next two years by the Judge Neil Flewitt, QC. Harrison admitted to collecting laundered cash amounting to 34,000 GBP and was ordered 150 hours of unpaid work and two years community order. Whiston, 46, from Queens Road, Kensington, a convicted heroin dealer, admitted to laundering close to 6,000 GBP. Whiston received 120 hours of the unpaid work and 12-month community order. So far, there is no link found or suggestions available that hints that the new management is related to previous owners.
